How customers opt in
Customers opt in by entering a mobile number on the public FleetFlow Pro Request Service form and affirmatively checking the separate, optional SMS-consent checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected. Telephone/email contact permission and acceptance of service terms are separate from SMS consent.
By checking the optional SMS-consent box, I agree to receive recurring customer-care text messages from MTG Shops — Mobile Transportation Group Inc. about my service request, including dispatch, ETA, technician arrival, estimates and authorization, repair-status, and billing updates.
